Once an order is submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process. All orders are shipped by Czech Post.


Domestic Shipping (Slovakia/Czech Republic)

Standard Shipping (Czech Post Economy): 2-4 business days

USA/Canada 

Standard Shipping: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Express Shipping: 5-7 business days (customs processing times vary)

I live in North America. Will I be charged any fees, import taxes, or customs fees when my order arrives?

First off, we regret to have to inform that we do not pre-pay or cover import fees at this time. Because each country has its own rules and regulations regarding imported goods, we can’t provide one definitive answer to this question.

 

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Absolutely. After you hit that “submit my order” button, it’s time for us to go to work! Orders are processed within 3-5 days, then shipped from our headquarters in Prague, Czechia. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. Once the package exits the EU, tracking links may not update. Don’t panic! The package is still on its way.



Returns & Exchanges

Do you do returns? What’s your return policy?

Because DUSKO products are made for your total satisfaction, we do offer a returns and exchange program for unused/unworn purchases within 30 days of purchase. Upon returning or exchanging your item, please note that original shipping charges and any related local customs fees/taxes are non-refundable. If you’ve received a faulty product, let us know at help@dusko.shop, so we can make sure it does not happen again.
